Governors

The governing body helps to set, and keep under review, the broad framework within which the head teacher and staff run the school. They focus on the key issues of raising standards of achievement, establishing high expectations and promoting effective teaching and learning. Our Governors help to decide the school’s strategy for improvement so that its pupils learn most effectively and achieve the highest standards.

Our Committees

We have two committees that run alongside our Full Governing Board meetings;

Resources Committee - focuses on budget and staffing, helping to ensure that the school is managing money effectively and efficiently.
Curriculum, Standards and Wellbeing Committee – focuses on curriculum issues, achievement + progress and pastoral care.
